At UrbanShine Cleaners Ltd, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make the process of rescheduling or cancelling your cleaning appointment as smooth and fair as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below before booking a service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 40 hours before your scheduled service: You may cancel your booking free of charge. Any pre-paid amount will be retained as UrbanShine Points, which you can use towards future cleaning services within 30 days from the date of cancellation. These points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Within 40 hours but more than 24 hours before the service: You will receive a 50% refund in the form of UrbanShine Points. These points can be used towards future cleaning services within 30 days from the cancellation date. Please note that no cash refunds are issued in this case.
  • Within 24 hours of the scheduled service: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. This is because our cleaning staff and resources have already been allocated for your service.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same terms mentioned above.

3. No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at your location and is unable to access the premises or complete the service due to customer-related reasons (e.g., no one present, locked doors, etc.), it will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Method

All eligible refunds are issued as UrbanShine Points credited to your account.

  • Points are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points can be redeemed only for cleaning services offered on https://urbanshinecleaners.co.uk/.

UrbanShine Cleaners Ltd reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
